Hailing from Montclair, NJ, Ty Raney is an up and coming show stopper. He’s performed on a number of

well known stages, both domestically and internationally, but as one of the resident comedians at the

Stress Factory in New Brunswick, NJ, he will always consider Jersey his home.

Most notably, his appearance on Kevin Hart’s “Hart of the City,” TV show connected Ty with audiences

beyond his home state. Although the Comedy Central TV show was a career highlight, it was his “Give

Back” tour performing in 36 prisons that really helped him understand the power of his comedic reach.

Being a versatile family man, he crafts material that relates to everyone regardless of race or gender. He

is known for entertaining a plethora of private events, college shows and birthday celebrations. For the

past 2 years he was honored to be selected to host the NAACP Chapter of NJ that catered to over 500 in

attendance.

Internationally, Ty was chosen for a UK Comedy tour with features at the Manchester comedy club and

the London Comedy club in England. Although his performances take him all over the globe, loyal fans

can still catch him weekly thru the Ty Raney podcast on a multitude of streaming platforms.
